Here are some of the foundational actions YOU can take to uplevel your wellness and build a healthy and happy life.
You have probably heard before that many small actions add up to BIG change… the same can be true of wellness activities. We can look at these activities in the shape of a pyramid.
When you build a strong foundation, all of the wellness actions you take can actually impact your overall wellness.

When you look at the wellness pyramid, where do you think you could use some work?
Nutrition + Digestion
The foundation of wellness.
Giving your body proper nutrition and supporting healthy digestion can make a world of difference in how your body responds to all of the other wellness activities you put your energy into.
To get you on your way to a healthier foundation, start with a focus on eating whole foods. When you eat whole foods, you nourish your body and its systems with the vitamins and minerals found in them.
This foundation also includes supplementation! The foods we buy from the grocery store, no matter how healthy, are often lacking essential nutrients because the soils they grow in are depleted of what our bodies need. With insights into our wellness through blood work, strengthening metabolism, and taking a holistic approach to issues within the body and mind, our HEALTH can take the front seat instead of our sickness. That sounds like healthcare to me!
Don’t get me wrong, I am SO thankful for doctors and medical professionals of all kinds but I’m also VERY thankful to feel empowered when it comes to wellness.
